FULL-SCOPE RENOVATION
This house is an understated beauty that plays on the elements in a perfect way highlighting where this family loves to live.
We loved renovating this young family's home in North Vancouver. They are an active family who love to be outdoors with a stunning backyard that emanates the Pacific Northwest vibe with big trees and tons of greenery. They knew they wanted to create an open space where they could entertain friends and live, eat, work and play with their daughters. The modern kitchen seamlessly integrates with the living space where an original brick fireplace roars to life in the heart of the home. Opposite the living room, the couple opted to open the dining and kitchen into one large space as well as install a custom glass wall that pulls back to allow the space to become indoor/outdoor all summer long. This family loves Tofino, and exploring BC and the bathrooms evoke a coastal, calm feeling with ample light and light wood accents. The laundry room is multi-functional with tons of storage space, an integrated sink and top-of-the-line appliances that dare we say, make laundry fun? The home is painted in a dark hue that stands out on the street of more traditional builds.
