Heritage Beachside Condo
FULL-SCOPE RENOVATION
A heritage condo building with only 17 units, this apartment was in much need of a facelift.
We took on this project for a young couple based in Kitsilano, BC. The design-forward couple knew what they wanted and transformed this space into a modern oasis. With built-in floor to ceiling millwork in the front hallway as well as custom closets, vanities and two new bathrooms. This space evokes a feeling of calm immediately upon entry. We brought gas into the building and uplevelled their fireplace as well as opening up their kitchen to make the space feel exponentially more spacious. Top tier appliances and a neutral color scheme breathes new life into this previously dated space.
