We will absolutely use them for future renovations. in fact, we’d take on larger projects in the future knowing how much we can count on them to do great work.

I really don't think you could pick a better contractor than Brandon and his team at The West Coast Home!

I grew up around construction sites but we took on a big full home reno for the first time including installing recessed lighting, full paint job, full gut of kitchens and bathrooms, and new floors and this was my first experience working with a GC. We had an excellent experience with Brandon. He was incredibly dedicated to meeting or exceeding our expectations. And those same expectations extended to the tradespeople he worked with, who were always very friendly with me and my son. He honoured his quotes, communicated proactively about potential timeline delays based on unexpected circumstances (our reno happened during COVID so there were days tradespeople were sick and couldn’t work, and some unexpected supply chain delays) or more often, choices we made that would extend our timeline, and worked with us collaboratively to problem solve and come up with the best solution.

Brandon is honest, intelligent, communicative, and skilled at his job. I can’t recommend The West Coast Home enough! My only hesitation writing this is that they’ll get too busy to take us on in the future!
