Construction + Renovation Project Management

This is the bread and butter of who we are at The West Coast Home. With over 15 years in commercial and residential project management, Brandon Lee personally oversees all renovation and construction projects inclusive of contracts, scheduling, plans and timelines.

  • We are a renovation and construction contracting company based out of Vancouver, BC. We also offer interior design, styling and sourcing services. We specialize in renovating and redesigning spaces to suit your needs. We offer full-scope design and renovation services in-house for everything from a home remodel to a condo renovation to reimagining the design and layout of your current space.

  • Our founder and head contractor Brandon Lee has been overseeing commercial and residential projects for over 15 years. The West Coast Home was officially established in 2020.

  • The length of a renovation or design project varies based on the scope and complexity of the project. During your intake discovery call, Brandon will be able to share a rough timeline based on the project. Our timelines are estimates and we are committed to communicating any delays or shifts to the completion date along the way.

  • We are a small and mighty team! We would love to work with you and our start time is dependent on the number of projects we’re currently working on as well as the location of the job. Please fill out our contact form and we will provide a more accurate start date and projected timeline.

  • Each project is unique based on scope and complexity with many factors impacting the total investment for a project. After our discovery call and creative conceptualization we will be able to provide a more accurate quote based on your needs. We always do our best to work within a clients budget and provide clarity regarding what is possible based on the scope of work and the investment. Our discovery call is complimentary and from there we will discuss our pricing model and overall approach to working together.

  • This is dependent on the project but for any significant home remodels or renovations we do not recommend living in the home in order to stay on our timeline and effectively execute the renovation to the highest quality possible.

  • Absolutely! We love to get into conversation about prospective projects. Our team is equipped to navigate any questions you have and consult on what might make the most sense to begin now versus at a later date.

  • Please reach out to us and we can let you know what is possible. No project is too small, we offer design advice, sourcing, furnishing and styling in addition to builds and renovations which may suit a clients interim needs while they determine what they may like to take on longer term.
